• Money Laundering: Using the jl99 platform as a vehicle for money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable by law
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage, such as using multiple accounts or false identities
• Hacking & Software Abuse: Attempting to hack the platform's system or using automated betting software is strictly prohibited
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of results or involvement in match-fixing
• Account Transfer: Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person
• Abusive Behaviour: Threatening or abusive behaviour toward the customer support team

Jl99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Providing false or misleading information
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected
• By court order or direction of a legal authority

Voluntary Account Closure: If you wish to close your account, please contact customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining balance will be returned before the account is closed.
